Returns

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
• After meeting the criteria for returning the item, you can buy another article in that price.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or wrong item, we will gladly replace it with the correct product at no extra cost.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Keep proof of return shipment until your refund is processed.
