Shipping Policy

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Customised products take 3-10 days

Remote areas may take additional time.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) so you can track your shipment status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos and order details.

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
