- After 7 days of delivery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under our return policy.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for a return.
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their made-to-order nature.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your return request.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
